ISTD Dehradun chapter has organised a half day seminar on "Endevouring High Performance Leadership for Self and Others" in the conference hall of THDC. Renowned motivational speaker and Corporate Trainer Sri AjayAgarwal,Director ,Rapid learing System of Calcutta kept the Senior officers of THDC spell bound for more than three hours.
In his lecture he touched the various facets of High performance leadership.His mantra was to perform or parish.He Stressed that if we have to give high performance than our heart must go with our head in every walk of life than only we can get our best. Our delima is that we preach others about changing the world but we are not ready to change ourself until unless we chage ourselves we should not expect others to change.
This program ended with full apprisation of senior officers of THDC. The Program was inuagrated by Shri R K Chawla GM (Corporate Planning),Shri A C Joshi
AGM (Business Devlopment) and Secretary ISTD briefed the audiance about ISTD activities. The progam ended with the vote of thanks by Shri Deepak Agarwal.In this progam Shri GM Prasad GM(Design),Shri H Wadhwa AGM(HRD),Shri JP Dondiyal DGM(PR) and many of the senior executives of THDC were present.
