AMENDMENT     Sub  :  Empanelment of Advertising Agencies – amendment in para  7.0 ( under  Selection Criteria Stage IV).               Reference is invited to the advertisement of empanelment of advertising agencies published in Hindustan Times Delhi & Rashtriya Sahara Delhi/Dehradun on 09.07.2010 and loaded in THDC website (NIT No. THDC/RKSH/CC/17) along with a complete set of Bid Document & Eligibility Criteria.   There is an amendment in Bid Document & Eligibility Criteria in First sentence of Stage IV (Selection Criteria under para 7.0).   This may be read as - Agencies shortlisted after adding the scores of Stage I, Stage II and Stage III  instead of  Agencies shortlisted after adding the scores of Stage I and Stage II.                                                                                                                     ( J.P.
