AMENDMENT
Sub : Extension of date & time to sale & submission of Bid Document of Advertising Agencies upto 20/08/2010 at 12 :00 Noon amendment in Eligibility Criteria (EC).
Reference is invited to the Advertisement regarding Empanelment Agencies published in Hindustan Times, Delhi & Rashtriya Sahara, Delhi & Dehradun. on 08.07.2010 & loaded in website alongwith complete set of Bid Document & Eligibility Criteria (BD & EC) which was slightly amended on 14.07.2010.
Further the last date of sale & submission of Bid Documents as proposed earlier has been extended to 19.08.2010 & 20.08.2010 (12: 00 Noon) respectively and the Eligibility Criteria has been amended as follows :
The requirement of average turn over is reduced to 5 (five) crores instead of an average turn over of Rs. 07(seven) Crores for during the last three completed financial year viz 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10.
The agency should have offices in Delhi and Dehradun and in the absence of ( in lieu of ) an Office in Dehradun, it should otherwise be empanelled with at least a Central Sector PSU instead of the agency should have offices in Delhi and Dehradun and in the absence of ( in lieu of ) an Office in Dehradun, it should otherwise be empanelled with at least a Central Power Sector PSU other than THDC.
All the other terms & conditions shall remain the same.
