THDC Ltd. is a Public Sector Undertaking having its office at by Pass Road, Rishikesh. We intend to insure the Office/ Guest House & Field Hostel / School / Residential Buildings, Furniture, Fixture & Office equipments etc being used in our Office premises against Standard Fire and special perils, Burglary & Earthquake Insurance (all risk cover) details of sum insured and type of coverage is as under.

You are advised to quote your lowest premium rates for the above mentioned policy and submit your tender to Sr. Manager (Admn.), THDC Ltd., By Pass Road, Rishikesh (UK) on or before 20/07/2010 up to 02.00 PM and tenders will be opened at 03.00PM on same day in the Office of Sr. Manager (Admn.),Nissan Shed,THDC,Rishikesh. Please ensure your presence at the time of opening of tender.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Company should be registered under Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority.
2. Premium rate to be quoted for the above should be in accordance with the approval of Head Office of the agency/company.
3. Tender document can be obtained from the office of Sr. Manager (Admn.) on written request along with Tender Cost Rs.250.00 (inclusive Vat ) in the form of demand draft (non refundable) in favour of THDC India Ltd. on any working day from 20/06/2010 to 20/07/2010 on working hours.
4. Tender documents can also be downloaded from the website of THDC. Offer submitted with downloaded tender documents must be accompanied with the cost of tender documents (Non refundable in favour of THDC India Ltd., Rishikesh, failing which the bid may be run the risk of rejection.
5. Tender documents must be accompanied with DD of Tender Cost, Registration Certificate of IRADA and the letter of Head Office regarding permission to quote.
6. THDC reserve the right to cancel any or all the tenders at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
