THDC India Ltd. reserves the right to ascertain the bidder’s capacity and capability on the basis of information furnished by them, the decision of THDC in this regard shall be final and binding.
Note: -
(1) Non transferable Tender documents shall be available on website, prospective bidders may download tender after submitting of Tender cost basis from above mentioned dates on all working days.
(2) Tender are invites in two parts bid system Part -I (Techno commercial bid) and Part-II (Price bid). Part- I contain Technical details & commercial terms such as FOR price basis, freight if any, rate of ED & CST without form-C / VAT, payment terms & acceptance of LD & performance security clauses as per tender along with E.M.D & Tender cost. The details of EMD & Tender cost must be filled in the EMD & Tender fee form available on website & EMD. Tender fee must reach along with covering letter & should be superscripted ,Tender No. ,Earnest Money & Tender Fee before opening date & time of “Technical and Commercial Terms.” Part-II shall contain only the Price.
(3) The filled tender shall be scan & uploaded on website up-to 14.30 Hours on above mentioned date. Pre qualification information & Techno commercial bid shall be (as Part -I) opened on the same day at 15.00 Hours in presence of tenderers. Price bid shall be opened subsequently for those tenderers who meet PQ requirements and whose Techno commercial bids (part- I) are found acceptable to THDC India Ltd..
(4)The tender shall remain valid for 120 days for acceptance from date of opening of tender.
(5)THDC India Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders or split the work or quantities work can also be vary without assigning any reason.
