Over 30 years Professional experience in the field of Personnel Management, Development of Human Resources in Executive, Managerial, Senior Managerial positions in various Central Sector Enterprises. He commendably contributed in taking over the Tehri Dam Project from U.P. Irrigation Department. The issue of absorption of erstwhile Work-Charge employees of U.P.I.D. was smoothly handled in time and their services were absorbed in regular establishment of THDC. He contributed immensely in setting up of Corporate Personnel Department. Personnel Policies and Procedures were introduced keeping in view organizational effectiveness. His professional interest includes  ‘Competency Building of the Organization for total transformation, Employee motivation, Training & Development of Human Resources.
