Shri C.P. Singh has been appointed as Director (Finance), in Tehri Hydro Development Corporation Ltd. (THDC) and has assumed the charge on    18.10.2007. Prior to this, Shri Singh was General Manager (Finance)/Financial Controller in the Corporation. Shri Singh has 23 years executive experience in the Finance & Accounts department of various Public Sector Undertakings.

He is Fellow Chartered Accountant and a Law Graduate from Delhi University.

Shri Singh has been associated with THDC since 1990 in different capacities and has vast experience in the field of Financial Management of large Projects.  He has expertise in Fund management besides Commercial and Legal matters. He has been dealing with various government organizations  and financial institutions for important financial matters.  Prior to THDC he has worked in NTPC Ltd., Bharat Coaking Coal Ltd. and Directorate of Sugar, Deptt. of Food, Govt. of India.
